I got a Phantom case as well. So big, quiet, and ready for SLI if I go that route.

Noooooooooo, another one falls to the NZXT Phantom bug!
Otherwise, it seems like your CPU is absolute overkill for games (you may do productivity workstationy things with this PC, so it may be what you need), and unless you plan on upgrading that video-card to something more powerful sooner rather than later, you are going to be GPU bottlenecked rather quickly.

I have that same case! Be warned; it discolours over time in sunlight, the front of mine is a different shade to the top :/
Also, no SSD?

Whoa, now get a good keyboard to match that.

The GPU is going to be a future upgrade for sure. Right now, I run CPU-intensive software, but I will eventually get into GPU-intensive stuff, so the GPU is not a high priority right now.

If you're going to be video editing and stuff like that, stay with the i7, otherwise, if you're just gaming, you can dial that down to an i5-4690k (I think that's the latest generation).
That should save you like 100 dollars. Then instead of the GTX 760, go with a GTX 970, which can play nearly anything in ultra on 1080p.
but that's just my recommendations.

good graphix card, i have one too :P
if you want crazy fast boot speeds, you may want to consider a small SSD for the OS and run everything else on the HDD.

My keyboard is pretty decent. I'm getting a Rosewill blue-backlit mechanical keyboard.

I'm not a hardcore gamer, I'm more into video editing and 3D design, so I chose my specs accordingly. After Effects and Premiere Pro run well on my i7 Macbook Pro, so it should run even better on my PC.

I vote that you get an all white HHKB Pro 2.

Yeah, then stay with the i7.

SSDs are expensive right now, and hard drives are still relevant. The 2TB HDD costed me $110, which is a great deal for that kind of capacity.

If you're going i7 you should consider getting an SSD, maybe even just a 120gb SSD for windows. Your HDD will be a bottleneck with the way your build is now. Looking at your build, I'd rather have an i5 and a 240GB SSD for windows + games.

Be careful with the side panel fans and their wiring. If you don't neaten them or tie them over to the side, they'll get caught in the blades when you put the panel back on.
Otherwise, I just think the case is huge. I have more than one at work because my boss bought them on sale. They just don't really fit anywhere, too many fans, just too big overall. I personally use the NZXT Source 210 Elite. $40 and fits an eATX server motherboard just fine. Also manages to fit my coolers with no trouble.

On my gaming rig, I use a small 80gb SSD just for a boot drive and I've got a 2TB for everything else. Short money, probably $100 or less these days, and soooo worth it for 19 second boot up times.

IT'S AWESOME. Except it's fucking expensive as could be.

That makes sense, then. I see too many people who just want a gaming rig splurge on the i7s when the i5 is more than up to the task and the i7's features don't really provide any tangible benefits, so when I see a rig like this it sets off alarms.

My Athlon 6core and 2.5 terbs HDD beat you, but since it's a last-gen processor and I have no actual graphics card to speak of (screw you, internal graphics and lack of money), you've probably got me well and truly beat. Well done, my man.

Dang, 6 core processor. Do you ever use all six cores?

Damn straight I do. Part of the reason I spend so much time goofing off on Minecraft when I'm supposed to be doing productive Photoshopping is because it's almost a shame to let six cores go to waste...
